The Inventure Group, Inc. (formerly known as Poore Brothers, Inc.) is seeking a Director of Information Technology who will report to the CFO and be responsible for IT planning, project management, applications support and operations, network administration and vendor management. The ideal candidate has previously held an IT leadership position in a mid-sized manufacturing or distribution company. Oracle experience is highly desirable. Proven project management skills are a must, with the ability to manage several high priority projects in a dynamic cross-functional environment. The candidate must have demonstrated success connecting the needs of the business to appropriate IT solutions, and at the same time, function well as a hands-on manager with technical expertise. Also, the candidate must be able to clearly and effectively communicate at all levels with internal customers and with external service providers.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Science from an accredited university required. Post graduate or additional IT training/certification preferred. Minimum eight (8) years of computer systems experience with five (5) years as an IT project or operations manager required. Experience with Oracle ERP systems highly desirable.
